Concept
The „Eco-Modern Apartment Collection” from Concept project is an experiment in creating a product that combines artistic excellence with technical universality. The goal was not to create „just another asset pack,” but a comprehensive solution – a ready-to-use tool for the entire spectrum of 3D users.
Trend Analysis
We start with a thorough analysis of trends in interior architecture. In this case we reviewed over 200 projects from the last two years, focusing on contemporary designs.
We noticed a clear dominance of styling that combines Scandinavian minimalism with biophilic design elements. The dominating trend of 2024/2025 is bottle green combined with natural materials and an abundance of plants – an aesthetic we provisionally called „eco-modern”.

Technical Analysis
Besides we also analyzed products available on the market in terms of technicals. The most important here was:
- Geometry quality (topology, polycount)
- Texturing standards (PBR workflow)
- Scene organization (naming conventions)
- Export formats
This process is the foundation for our production standards.
Attention to Detail
The key to success proved to be an obsession with details:
- Every model reviewed by art directing team
- Every material tested different lighting conditions
- Every export format verified in target software
But the most important lesson? The best asset is one that users actually use. Hence the emphasis on documentation, intuitive naming, and plug-and-play experience.

Production
The Archinteriors vol. 68 is made with full modularity, industry standard physically based materials and lightning and made sure to make it ready out of the box. Thanks to pre-configured settings, there is zero setup required.

Quality, compatibility, usability.
We didn’t want to create another asset pack – we had a comprehensive production tool in mind – designed to respect users’ time and workflow. Because the best tool is one that gets out of your way and lets you create.
